The National Institute of Canine Experts, is an organization composed of professional canine experts from every specialty that pertains to dogs and their care who have come together and volunteered their time and expertise to assist in protecting the health and welfare of your dog.

NICE is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the research, evaluation, promotion and publicizing of educational information related to all aspects of the care and training of the domestic dog.
Our Objectives
To enable individuals and organizations involved in those pursuits concerning the health, welfare, breeding, training, rescuing and rehabilitation of the domestic dog to achieve the highest standards of accomplishment.
Our Tasks
1. NICE will research, evaluate and publicize to the public information on the proper and humane use of dog training, management and rehabilitation tools and methods.
2. As an organization, NICE will examine and investigate the tools and methods used in dog care, training and management in a logical and factual manner and report our findings in the same way.
NICE believes that the proper and humane use of dog training tools, methods, philosophies and techniques enhances responsible dog ownership and reduces the probability of abuse, abandonment and euthanasia of dogs.
